How it works:
from our intro call to session one
Step 1: Fill Out the Application or Book Your Intro Call
The quickest way to get started is by filling out the application form, but if you prefer, you can also book an intro call directly. During our Zoom meeting, I’ll get to know you, understand where things are challenging, and pinpoint the areas in your life craving change.

Step 2: Choose the Right Program
During our initial zoom call, I’ll walk you through my coaching programs, and together we’ll figure out which one suits you best. If we’re a good fit, we’ll book your first session and set you up for success.

Step 3: Confirm Your Commitment
Before your first session, payment is required along with reading over my welcome letter and agreement. This ensures we're both on the same page moving forward.

Step 4: Weekly Coaching Sessions
I’ll meet you where you are, and each session will build on the last. We’ll focus on forward action toward the clarity you seek, while marking moments of joy, self-care check-ins, and personal resolve along the way.

Step 5: Hybrid Practice Options
Whether we meet in person at my office in Winchester, MA, or connect online or by phone, I’m here to serve you and accommodate each client’s lifestyle and location, offering flexible options that work for you.

We’ll begin by exploring your relationship with alcohol together and choose when to kick off your 30-day experiment, a guided journey to take a mindful and supported break from alcohol.
Seeking sustained support for your journey to break free from alcohol? If shorter periods of abstinence haven't led to success, our transformational coaching program can provide the comprehensive guidance you need for lasting freedom. Even if you've already "quit" drinking but want to go beyond sobriety and truly Live Alcohol-Free (LAF), that's precisely what this program offers.
One on One Program
In our private one-on-one sessions, I'll meet you where you are. No assumptions here! Your story is unique to you! We'll work through your relationship with alcohol in phases, and change will come with science-based tools and compassion-led coaching, all based on PMA (Positive Mental Attitude).
